Parcelink Ltd is the data controller for personal data processed through our websites, driver recruitment portal and delivery operations. We are committed to the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. WHAT WE PROCESS • Recruitment data: your application, CV, contact details, right-to-work information and identity-verification results (processed by our verification partner, Didit, on our instruction). • Operational data: route, delivery and customer-feedback records generated while crews work with us. • Website data: analytics events and technical information used to run and improve our sites. LAWFUL BASES We process recruitment data to take steps to enter into a contract with you, identity and right-to-work data to comply with our legal obligations, operational data for the performance of our contracts, and analytics under our legitimate interest in improving our services. RETENTION We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected: unsuccessful application data is deleted or anonymised within 12 months; operational and financial records are retained as required by UK law. YOUR RIGHTS You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your personal data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests.
