About the role
This is specialist white-glove home delivery — not parcel courier work. Working as a two-person crew (a driver and a driver's mate), you deliver large electrical appliances and furniture into the customer's room of choice, then unpack, assemble and install them. It's a hands-on role suited to people who like being out on the road, working with a partner and finishing each job to a high standard.

- Deliver white goods (washing machines, fridges, cookers) and furniture into the home
- Unpack, assemble and complete basic appliance installation
- Provide friendly, careful white-glove service and remove packaging
- Keep simple delivery records and photos of each completed drop

Pay & training
You're paid weekly, direct to your account, against completed routes. As the role is self-employed, you invoice for your work and manage your own tax and National Insurance. No previous installation experience is required to apply.
How to apply
Applying takes a few minutes — upload your CV, answer a few quick questions, complete a short identity check and book your meet & greet at the Coventry depot. You can apply as an individual driver, as a driver's mate, or as a ready-made two-person crew.
Frequently asked questions
What is a 2 man delivery driver job?
A two-person crew safely delivers large items — white goods, appliances and furniture — into the customer's room of choice, then unpacks, installs or assembles them. It's a white-glove service, not doorstep drop-off.
Do I need my own van?
No — a van and equipment can be provided from the depot, so you can start without owning a vehicle. Owner-drivers with a suitable van are also welcome to apply.
Is this self-employed work?
Yes — drivers and crews work on a self-employed basis with weekly pay. You register with HMRC for Self Assessment and can claim allowable business expenses.
Do I need experience or installation qualifications?
Previous delivery experience helps but isn't essential — full training in appliance installation and furniture assembly is provided.
What licence and driving record do I need?
A full UK manual driving licence (ideally held for 3+ years) with no more than 6 penalty points. No HGV/LGV licence is required for standard delivery vans.
Can my friend and I apply together as a crew?
Yes — ready-made two-person crews are welcome, as are individual drivers and drivers' mates whom we can pair up.
How and when do I get paid?
Weekly, against completed routes. As you're self-employed, payment is by invoice and you're responsible for your own tax and National Insurance.
What's the difference between this and parcel courier work?
Parcel/multi-drop courier work is high-volume small packages left at the door. Parcelink is specialist two-person delivery and installation of large electrical and furniture items, delivered into the home with assembly and white-glove care.
